ABOUT THE GOGS

Dewch i’r Gogs! Gŵyl ffilmiau byrion newydd Gogledd Cymru, sy’n cael ei chynnal dros y
gaeaf yn sinema gweithredol hynaf y DU!

Rydyn ni bellach yn croesawu cyflwyniadau i’r cystadlaethau yng ngŵyl ffilmiau gyntaf un
Gogs, a fydd yn cael ei chynnal fis Tachwedd yn Theatr Colwyn, Bae Colwyn, lle mae ffilmiau wedi’u dangos ers 1909.

Gall gwneuthurwyr ffilmiau gyflwyno eu gwaith mewn saith categori, ac er fod yr ŵyl yn
amlygu ffilmiau Cymraeg a ffilmiau o Gymru, mae croeso mawr i gyflwyniadau rhyngwladol!

Bydd y ffilmiau buddugol yn cael eu dangos yn Theatr Colwyn, sy’n sefyll ar arfordir arbennig Gogledd Cymru, yn yr ŵyl ar 26 Tachwedd.

Come to the Gogs! North Wales’ newest short film festival, taking place this winter at the oldest working cinema in the UK.

We are now welcoming submissions for competition in the very first Gogs film festival to be held in November at Theatr Colwyn, Colwyn Bay, where movies have been shown since 1909.

Filmmakers can submit their work in seven categories and, though the festival is highlighting Welsh-made and Welsh language films, international submissions are more than welcome!

The creators of the winning films will get to see their work screened at Theatr Colwyn, which sits on the beautiful North Wales coast, at the festival on 26th November.
